3. Property: 20 Feb 1810, Stríbrec, , , Czech Republic. At the very beginning of a new part of the record there are mentioned the conditions under which Vavrinec Hertaus built the cottage Nb 42 at the Stribrec village on the plot of the peasant Zito´s farmhouse Nb 7. The Hertaus family has got a cottage on a leased land and after 100 years of using the cottage it is to get back back to the farmhouse Nb 7. Now a new agreement is written up between peasant Zita and Vit Hertaus.

Firstly: Egidi (=Egidius) Zita for ever sells and transfers that cottage after the deceased Vavrinec (Hertaus) on his farmground at Stribrec Nb 42 to Vit Hertaus but not only for him but for all of his inheritors and descendants. Naturally, the agreement closed before namely the cottage is to be gotten back to the farmhouse Nb 7 is off. The cottage becomes the ownership of today´s owner and his descendats they may use it according to their will.
Secondly:
The buyer is obliged to pay 30 goldens to the seller Egidius Zita just now while confirming this contract. This happened and he also confirms this sum.
Thirdly:
As the Stribrec peasant´s pension in kind book says the buyer is obliged to pay 5 goldens 50 creutzers to widow after the deceased Vavrinec Hertaus if he is asked for.
Fourthly:
At a given time he is obliged to return 3 creutzers as a house rent of the cottage to the suzerain and to work in the manual corveé without any protest and to return to the Stribrec municipality per 14 ¼ creutzers a year. Finally he is to return instead of 18 creutzers 21 creutzers to every owner of the farmground Nb 7 at Stribrec as the agreement about this place (under the house) and garden says.
Fifthly:
Other children after deceased Hertaus will be provided with hereditary portions in such a way that daughter Anna Hertausova will get the second half of the cottage… (as the previous record says)
Sixthly:
Residuary widow and mother Anna will have a peasant´s pension in kind either in the first or in the second cottages as she wants including food and heating till her death.

Put down at Chlumec on the 20 th February 1810
